Our story

Our story begins in 1960 when my father started to process his own dairy products made from milk milked from his own sheep.

He started selling his products only in Trachoni village. When he realised that the products were selling succesfully, he bought more animals in order to increase the milk production.

At that point I decided it was time to get involved. Together with my husband we took over farm and we have learned all the traditional recipes for making delicious traditional dairy products.

My father always used to tell me to never alter the traditional recipe that I have learnt from him. Therefore following his advice we have arrived where we are today still producing 100% traditional dairy products.
